The use and maintenance of grain conveyors

1. When using this machine, it is not allowed to start the load. The feeding should be started 2-3 minutes later. Before stopping, the feeding should be stopped. After the remaining material on the conveyor belt is conveyed, the machine should be stopped and the power should be cut off.

2. In order to ensure the service life of the components, attention should be paid to the lubrication of the operating parts.

(1) The oil holes of each department must be regularly filled with oil.

(2) The upper and lower rollers, as well as the feeding roller, should be cleaned and oiled every three months when frequently used.

(3) The worm gear box should be cleaned and oil changed once a month.

(4) The small wheel should be refueled once a day.

(5) Regularly add oil to the tail adjustment screw.

(6) The transmission gear should be regularly oiled to ensure smooth operation.

3. When transporting this machine, the packaging must be placed in the middle of the conveyor belt to maintain smooth operation.

4. During use, it is necessary to regularly maintain cleanliness and inspect the main components such as rollers, idlers, and worm gearboxes for wear, loose fixing bolts and nuts, and abnormal phenomena such as breakage, cracks, and bending of general machine parts. If any machine parts are found to be damaged, they should be replaced in a timely manner.

5. If it is found that the drum and idler are not rotating or flexible, and there is noise, they should be disassembled for inspection and repair.

6. When transporting in bulk, the side plate of the feeding hopper is supported, and the support feet are connected to the frame with pins. The grain conveyor is inserted into a hole on the support feet. When transporting in bulk, the side plate of the feeding hopper is lowered, and the pin of the support foot is inserted into the second hole.

7. After one year of practical use, this machine needs to undergo major repairs every three to six months. Damaged and excessively worn parts should be replaced during major repairs, and the conveyor should be promptly stored in the warehouse when not in use.
