The spiral blades welded on the rotating shaft of a vertical screw conveyor can have blade surface shapes that vary depending on the material being transported by the vertical screw conveyor, and can also be divided into belt surface shapes and blade surface shapes. The spiral shaft of the longitudinal screw conveyor has a thrust bearing at the end of the material movement direction, which is proportional to the axial reaction force of the material. A middle suspension bearing should be added at the longer end.

Working principle

The vertical screw conveyor manufacturer uses a rotating screw to move the conveyed material up along a fixed shell, remove the bearings on the head and shell from the shell, use sliding bearings with dust-proof sealing devices for suspension bearings, and generally use powder metallurgy for bearing shells. Felt bearing shells are used for conveying cement, and the suspension and screw shafts are connected by sliding blocks.
