working principle

The buried scraper conveyor is a conveying equipment that uses a scraper chain that moves inside a closed shell to transport bulk materials according to predetermined targets. Its characteristics are small size, good sealing performance, high rigidity, flexible process layout, easy installation and maintenance, and the ability to add and unload materials at multiple points. As a result, the working conditions of workers have been significantly improved, and environmental pollution has been prevented. The principle of buried scraper chain relies on the internal friction force of the material and the lateral pressure of the shell on the material. During the process of conveying materials, the pressure of the scraper chain in the direction of movement, as well as the combined effect of the pushing force between the material and the shell during continuous feeding, can overcome the external frictional resistance and the weight of the material itself generated between the material and the shell when conveyed in the machine slot. Make the material continuously move forward during horizontal, inclined, and vertical transportation.

2. Disadvantages

(1) The groove is prone to wear and the chain is severely worn.

(2) The lower conveying speed is 0.08-m/s, and the conveying volume is relatively small.

(3) High energy consumption.

(4) Not suitable for conveying viscous and easily clumped materials.
