Mobile pulse dust collector

The mobile pulse dust collector is a dust removal device that is flexibly movable, comes with pulse ash removal, and is integrally integrated. It primarily addresses dust control in scenarios with multiple workstations, temporary dust generation, and limited space. It requires no infrastructure and is plug-and-play.

Core strengths

1. Flexible mobility: Equipped with universal wheels at the bottom/a vehicle-mounted chassis, it allows for quick switching between workstations, making it suitable for temporary/mobile dust-generating points.

2. High and stable efficiency: The filtration efficiency is ≥99.9% (for dust particles above 0.3μm), with stable pulse ash removal resistance, eliminating the need for frequent manual ash removal.

3. Plug and play: No need for pre-embedded pipelines, fans, or civil engineering. Simply power on/connect to gas and it's ready to operate.

4. Small footprint and high integration: The integration of fan, filtration, dust removal, and dust collection makes it suitable for narrow spaces in workshops.

5. Easy maintenance: The filter bag/cartridge can be easily replaced, and the ash collection box can be quickly emptied.

Working principle (filter bag type mainstream)

1. Filtration stage: Dust-laden gas enters through the suction inlet/suction arm and is guided into the filter chamber; dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag, while clean air passes through the filter bag and is discharged by the fan.

2. Dust removal stage: As dust accumulates on the filter bag, causing resistance to increase, the pulse controller triggers the electromagnetic pulse valve, and 0.4–0.6 MPa compressed air is instantly sprayed into the filter bag, causing it to rapidly expand and shake off the dust. The dust falls into the ash hopper/ash collection box, completing the dust removal cycle.

3. Ash removal: After the ash collection box is full, it is manually/automatically emptied to achieve continuous operation.

Applicable scenarios

1. Mobile pulse bag filter

- Features: Large filtration area of the filter bag, high air volume, wear resistance, suitable for medium to high concentration, coarse/fine mixed dust.

- Applicable to: welding fume, grinding dust, woodworking dust, stone crushing, chemical feeding, and metallurgical small-part heat treatment.

2. Mobile pulse filter cartridge dust collector

- Features: pleated filter cartridge design, smaller size, high filtration accuracy, suitable for fine dust, low air volume, and extremely narrow spaces.

- Applicable to: laboratory dust, 3C electronics, pharmaceutical powders, fine chemicals, and metal polishing.

3. On-board pulse dust collector (large mobile dust generator)

- Features: Equipped with engineering vehicles/pickups, large fans, and large-capacity ash collection, capable of long-distance and large-scale mobile operations.

- Applicable to: mines, stone processing plants, construction waste disposal, road dust suppression, and temporary dust removal at large construction sites.
